It's good. at Performance Parts & Accessories

I replaced the stock A-pillars on my 2015 Denali with these. Installation is very easy for those who are decent home mechanics. If you can replace the brake pads, you can replace the front struts. They raised my front end about 2.5 inches. I think the ride is amazing, I don't understand the reviews that the ride was too hard.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Repair

Good and bad features Parts and accessories

I installed them in my 2007 Silverado Z71 team. The 2-1/2 lift was too much. I had to raise the rear end 1-1/4 to sit flat. I also installed new links but didn't install new ones, I need UI alignment. The BAD thing is they are EXTREMELY peppy at low speed (e.g. embarrassingly peppy) and around town. GOOD at high speeds, they are amazing, the faster you go the better they work. But these dials are suspect.

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • There are errors

rancho, what happened? They usually make quality products

After using these racks on my GMC 1500 for a year I am almost ready to order a factory replacement. I am so disappointed in this quest and ranch for selling this poor product. The ride with these luggage racks is terrible. I find the spring too soft. Even on the hardest settings, I feel like the front bounces endlessly after riding over bumps or bumps, and it only gets worse when you try to soften it. Which I can't even try anymore because the controller won't fit past 5 anymore.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Slightly dented

How They Changed the Look of the Truck

I appreciate the lift these shocks provide. The ease of installation was a big plus. I have a problem. The suspension now hits the bottom bump stops when I'm going up the hill at speed. I just took a 4 wheeler fall and the truck drives the same as it did the day I threw it out of the lot 5 years and 140,000 miles ago. I would recommend these replacement struts to anyone with a Chevrolet. The truck looks meaner and sits higher and straighter. Got lots of compliments when at the dealer for an…

2008 Silverado fits shock absorbers and struts

used this product to replace shock absorbers and ease of installation while keeping the front alignment kit (prior to installing this product I had a previous alignment kit). I loosened the ball joint in the upper arm to allow more room for installation. I tried installing two 1/4" spacers, but they didn't fit without additional work. I don't think this would be necessary if installing without the 1/4" spacer. I'm a bit disappointed. The adjustment knobs face the outside/side of the car tires…
