Very detailed and attentive team who know what clients expect

I liked that they were very knowledgeable about our business needs as well as able & willing with their expertise in building applications using SAP ERP software (SAP SuccessFactors). They didn't have many of my preferred features but we made some good progress during this engagement by working closely together throughout it's duration! It was an overall positive experience - however there are always going be challenges when you work remotely from home so keeping communication open is…

Very knowledgeable and helpful to determine value for money

I like that they are able assist in determining how much you can spend with your current budget as well give recommendations of what is needed vs not so important within an infrastructure upgrade project! The benefits have been many but one thing would be if we could see our actual ROI at any time during or after implementation which was difficult because it took too long from when work started until results were visible (and sometimes longer).
