Not for long, thick hair. It doesn't condition well and I often have to use different brands of shampoo and conditioner to finish cleaning. The conditioner is terribly thick. Honestly, I could decorate a cake with this and trying to squeeze it out of a bottle would give me carpal tunnel syndrome. Not worth the money, not worth the time and struggle.

I like the product itself. It was open when I received it so it spilled in the package which limited the amount I had. Still a great product.
