🔘 Raybestos 9759R Brake Drum - Premium Professional Grade Review

Bought for my 2010 Ford Focus. I managed to attach one and shortly thereafter the bearing collapsed. I had to take the car to a dealership to cut off what was left of the spindle.

ATTENTION! It does not fit for 2010 Ford Focus SE. I couldn't put this drum on the spindle no matter how hard I tried. I didn't want to force. I would just go to the local auto parts store and get a wheel drum so I wouldn't have a headache.

Great wheel drum with bearing and collar. I tried knocking the bearing out of the old drum, it didn't work. Ordered this with a lager and only fourteen bucks more than a lager. Slides back onto the axle easily and won't push out the bearings. The wheel noise is gone too. Fingers crossed how long the bearing lasts, so far so good after a month.

I bought 2 Raybestos 9759R brake drums for my 2010 Ford Focus SE. One had a defective bearing that fell apart when installed. On another, 3 of 4 bolts fell out when tightening the wheel after installing the drum. At about 50 ftlbs (required 95 ftlbs) the bolts disengaged from the drum and rotated freely when the jam nut was turned. I had to cut the new drum out of the tire and put the old drums back in. I returned both (in parts) and bought another brake drum. I would not recommend these drums.

1 good one out of three - not good. My Focus had a failed rear wheel bearing and I decided to replace both with this product even though only one was defective. I've used this class of pads and liked them so I figured they must be good. Revain only had one in stock so I ordered it and fitted it in place of the failed bearing and it has been working flawlessly for a couple of months now.
