It's a good chair but not as comfortable as I expected, a little big for short people like me I can't reach the head end of the chair. I don't plan on returning it, but for the price it could be more adjustable

This chair is comfortable but could be better for the price. Needs improved lumbar support for people like me with back and spine issues. This chair should cost a maximum of $200-$300 with a pillow. The one I got with the pillow was $400 plus tax. Being a Razer fan I will be more critical in terms of feedback and expectations as overall their products are amazing.

I think the chair is a bit overpriced but it will be different for each person and a bit difficult to use for smaller individuals but everything else is great. OH GOD. This chair is the best. People who say your back is hard are wrong. IT SUPPORTS. I work from home all day every day. Back, shoulders, everything hurt for MONTHS.
