So much potential but terrible craftsmanship

I wanted to fall happily in love with this product. But the ability just wasn't there. This scooter is not like most other scooters. It folds in half, which is very convenient when you are transporting 3 other scooters. But assembling it wasn't as easy as I thought. But the fact that the camel's back is broken (see photos) is that it broke before the birthday boy could ride it. Now I'm waiting 5 days after my birthday for the bulkier and cheaper predecessor.

I assumed this scooter, like others I've ordered, would have a .

I assumed that this scooter, like the others I wanted to order, had a way to adjust the height of the handlebars so that any of my grandchildren could use it when they were in grams . It doesn't. Because my younger sons assembled them, I didn't realize the problem until I saw kids riding them. It was fine for a 3 year old and my granddaughter who is 5 but very small. Acquired for my daughter 3 years old. She watches her siblings Razor scooters ride down the driveway and also enjoys riding them (she stands on one and we push them). We bought her this scooter in the hope that she can join her siblings soon. The problem with the scooter is that the base is too light as it is made of plastic. This makes it very heavy and prone to tipping over as the child learns to use it. I am sure that over time she will get the hang of it and eventually be ready for a…

A bit pricey but worth it!

We bought this for our 2 year old daughter because she showed great interest in other children's scooters. I saw that most of the kids had Razor scooters, so we went with them. Too early for her to use it alone. But she really likes it. The scooter is not very heavy. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear and simple. The material quality used to make this scooter is very good and durable. Two of the best things I love about this scooter are: 1. It has a very wide base, making…
