I like that our team can use it to communicate with each other in real time without having some of us at home or work out where we are physically located! It's also very easy from my end as well since all communications go through chat which makes things easier than emails sometimes (no attachments!). I like that you can customize what type of comment it allows as well! You cannot use other people's data to post in their names if they have not agreed with this option being available when posting an article or blogpost (as far as i know). So be sure all users are aware before publishing articles/blogposts using reactivecomments so there will no issues later downthe line regarding copyright claims from others who read these posts without consenting first etc..
