I drive older cars and this has all the features you need to see if your car is ready to be tested. My cars are quite old and the check engine light comes on frequently and this is the cheapest all in one that gives me enough information to know if I can fix the problem or if I need to pick up the car. I used to have a bluetooth OBD sensor that connected to my phone and works, but this is much better because it's cheaper and I don't have to worry about connecting it to my phone.

Loved this setup and the price. Very cheap but well made. I was VERY disappointed to see a brochure with codes (instead of a built in database) but I was wrong. After receiving the code after a few seconds, the value of the code will be displayed. This reader couldn't actually clear the code and said an unknown error had occurred, but disconnecting the negative cable from the battery for a minute did the trick. Can't beat the price. The check engine light came on on my 2000 Ford Taurus. Decided to finally buy one of these instead of dragging it to the car zone where the local scanner may or may not work.
