I couldn't put my Apple AirPod Pro headphones in my ear. Every time I started speaking or moved my jaw for any reason, they fell out. The headphones that come with the kit are much more comfortable than the ones that come with the AirPods. They also held up a bit better, but kept falling out. Then I added a piece of silicone. It would hurt initially if I held her for a long period of time. Now I don't even notice it anymore. They never fell out of the silicone part. I received 3 different sizes

Revised 6/5/20 (update) I've been using foam pads for the past few days and they've been game changing. I've talked about returning my AirPods, but after installing the earbuds, my opinion on it completely changed. These foam pads are very comfortable and my kidneys don't move at all. Highly recommended! When I need foam tips or ear hooks I run into trouble as I've had issues with Apple AirPods popping out of my ears. It was the only vendor to sell both buds and Styrofoam hooks. I don't know about others but I was very excited when Apple released the AirPod Pros. The original airfields weren't the ones I could ever work with because they hurt my ears. I really wanted to love her. I was torn between them and another company that had way more reviews. I decided to try these and I'll say I'm not impressed.
