Not for long-term, frequent use; Battery/Charging not working

Bought this set of 2 and found the motion detection on/off function brilliant (so far). It was nice to be able to turn it off with a quick gesture when looking at someone during a call so you don't blind them. I work outdoors a lot at night and my rechargeable AA headlamp that I had for a few years finally died after a long time. Hours at a time (then switching to another), the charge time seemed to get longer and longer until neither of them could hold a charge. I still give it 4 stars because

Didn't last 2 months - updated

*update* As I had missed the Revain return window I contacted the seller directly through Revain. They replied within 2 hours and agreed to send new headlights. They arrived in 3-4 days and seem to be working fine at this point. Upgrade to 3 stars. Will be updated again after a few months of use. Will give LHKNL 5 stars for quick communication and satisfactory response to my concerns. After 6 weeks he completely stopped taking a load. The light will flash to show it's plugged in, but even after

The best and most useful headlamp I've ever owned.

I live aboard a sailboat in PNW so I use them for a lot of things. (It's dark here in winter.) I really like the different lighting modes. I've previously learned that while Spotlight modes 1 and 2 deliver a very bright, narrow field, they drain the battery faster. The good news is that the wide-angle LED mode #3 is excellent for most tasks in dark cases. The less powerful mode number 4 is good for general orientation in the dark. I use solid red for normal night deck work and don't use…

Great headlamps for the money

I wasn't expecting much for $20 for two headlamps but these give you more than what you pay for. The brightest setting is perfect for watching my dogs in the garden. It's very dark in the backyard and although we have a bright security light there are blind spots and I had to use a flashlight to keep an eye on them when they were there. I had too many batteries and decided to buy a headlamp (much to my wife's delight). You are perfect. I don't know how waterproof they are, but as long as they…

Be seen, be mindful and be safe

My streetlights needed an upgrade. I saw this 2 PACK motion sensor flashlight and 2 PACK LED waterproof headlight from Revain, ordered it and received it on 10/07/2021. Style: yes I get a lot of looks when I wear 9/10/2021 on the go in the morning! Value for money: Yes; They give you 2 which is a plus. Comfort / Fit - Waist: Around the waist it fits perfectly with no out of the box adjustments! Adjust it to be loose or tight as you like! For training: YES. I'll use that first! Lightweight: YES.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Revolutionary and affordable

This headlamp offers fantastic value for money. I've bought flashlights under $200 from other brands like Fenix, Streamlight, ThruNite, Klarus, Jetbeam, Convoy, etc. It's been something of a hobby for me over the years and I've spent quite a bit on flashlights. However, I have never bought a headlamp. It just never felt like the best value for money, like I could get more bang for my buck in a comparably priced flashlight. However, since I'm potty training a new puppy and find myself picking…
