I like how easily you can set up different rules to create alerts, reminders or notifications that are sent out via email as well text messaging in order of importance etc., which is great since it's really easy when something happens at work (or even if someone calls) but then forgetting about what happened until later makes me feel bad because i'm missing important things going around my place! Also having all information stored within one app would be nice so everything could fit into 1 spot

I like that we can send out notifications to all of our clients at once, which helps keep them in the loop when they have not been communicating very much with us lately. We do get some pushback from people who are mad about receiving too many emails or texts but it's worth taking time out to explain to them why this is important and what benefits it will bring their business.
