I bought this to use with the start monitor. This clip holds my phone securely and I use it with guide bars to record video of my golf swing.

Although this is basically a simple product it would be helpful to include some assembly instructions. I figured it out through trial and error, but a guide would still be helpful.

This is just a great product. This allows you to photograph your own golf swing on your mobile phone, which is priceless. A lot of people run away and take golf lessons so I recommend getting a picture of your swing that early at a much lower cost and then using it after you get the lessons to put what you've learned from a upgrade golf pro. .

I'm not sure what this phone holder is actually designed for, but it's definitely not designed to be attached to a golf cart anywhere. At this point, you can simply buy a retractable tripod. It comes with a pair of rubber adapters for attaching to smaller objects like a golf club or setting rod. but that's not helpful at all. I never used the thing because it just doesn't stick to anything.

Product comes with two spacers: one for attaching to alignment rods and a larger one for racquets. The small sleeve is too small for the alignment rods so you can't even try to attach the holder to the rod. On the other hand, the big bushing is too big and doesn't start to grip the iron shafts tightly. As a result, the mount is so loose that the phone will simply fall off due to gravity, rendering it completely unusable.

Exactly what I wanted. Comes with two different rubber inserts so it fits almost any pole diameter. I put a large rubber insert in a 1/2 inch diameter rod and it worked fine. It looks like it will adjust fully to 1/8" with a smaller insert. The portion of the clip that holds the phone extends to about 4-1/2 inches. Thus, it fits in almost any phone size. It's also a fairly strong spring so it holds the phone securely. You can move the corner of the phone and tighten it securely. For $10 I think

Technically it works but the design is very flawed. I expected to be able to easily attach it to the shaft of a club in my bag or to another part of my golf bag. No dice - if you try you can break the plastic clamp tube, which opens wide enough to fit the rubber insert. Since I don't have a leveling rod, I found a solution to attach a tube/clip to a bamboo garden post that I could fit in my pocket. Not very elegant but functional enough I think.
