I wouldn't call them full black out, but sufficient for FL mid-day sun in my livingroom covering my double sliding glass doors. These are very well made. The fabric is heavy and thick. Satin to the touch like an expensive prom dress. Would buy again. Even the husband commented that they feel really good. Kids keep playing in them but no pulls on any threads, just my nerves :)

I'm always skeptical buying stuff like this online because it's just hard to tell what you're getting into but I would order these 100 times over! They are a very nice quality fabric and soooo soft. When I pulled them out of the packaging I was expecting a wrinkled mess but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was able to put them up straight out of the box. To eliminate simple fold lines I just used a steamer really quick and it took me 5 minutes to get these up and looking flawless! So…

I cut these into smaller curtains for a travel trailer. They are fabulous. I sewed the ones for the front bedroom area and hung them first, when I went back to hang the curtains in the main space I was shocked to find the area with the curtains was at least 10-15 degrees cooler than the main curtain-less space. They also did a great job of blocking the light allowing us to sleep past sunrise. I couldn’t be happier with thee curtains.

I hunted around for a long time for some blackout curtains that were thermal insulated to help with energy efficiency in my new house which has single-pane windows. They have helped dramatically with the amount of heat that comes in from the windows and the subsequent cooling cost associated with that heat intrusion. These curtains look great. I chose the Navy blue curtains. I will say that with the sunlight shining on them it seems more off white or a light silver. I don't have a problem with that. I steamed the curtains to knock the wrinkles out. Whoever packed the curtains in the bags has long black hair.I know because I kept finding strings of hair on the curtains when I opened them. The curtains do block a lot of sun and the blue is really bold. I really do like these curtains and I recommend them

I also have some other drapes form this line, but they hang better. The folds do not fall out of these drapes as quickly. And these drapes have a little more sheen to them. I really like the pattern in my dining area, but I also put them in my living room - they my be a little too "busy" for my living room. I absolutely love these curtains! They have a bold and beautiful design that really gives the perfect pop of color to the space! I was originally worried about the fabric being pulled by my rattan shades but after having opening and closing them daily for the last month I am happy to report there are no pulls in the fabric.

These curtains are so nice. They are soft and have a little weight. Feels expensive. Highly recommended. As soon as they have more colors, I’m getting more.

I purchased 7 pairs for my house. I noticed within a month, the hems were coming unsewn. I have washed them a couple of times but are mainly for decoration or barely touched. They work fairly well if you have blinds behind them for darkening the room or house. I do like the heavier weight of them & the metal rings at the top are a huge plus. I replaced my rods too and these slide really well on a bigger curtain rod.

They are slightly wrinkled when they arrive. I ironed one panel and didn’t seem to help. hung them up and you can hardly tell. Some light will still come thru but not too much.

Curtains are great. Good quality. But have to minus some stars as it claims to blackout 95% of the light. I disagree as it's about 50%. There's no lining in the back to guarantee that in the first place but looks great.(NATURAL BLACKOUT: the fabric we use is made of innovative triple weave fabric construction (260gsm- higher standard ) and interwoven with blackout insulation, it will block over 95% light , leading to better temperature regulation of the room.) The curtains look very nice and of very good quality. I didn't need to iron them or do anything to remove wrinkles. The only thing that I did not like about these curtains is that they did not do a very good job at blocking out the light in my room. I had to place another set of blackout curtains behind them to achieve the desired darkness in my room. The only reason I kept them is because I really liked the design of the curtains.

We have 6 windows in the family room that get direct sun in the afternoon and heat up that room. I removed the tops with the rings and sewed a narrow pocket at the top. This was so I could use tension rods inside the windows. Then used the fabric I cut off to make tie backs.

They're not at all shear. They're quite heavy and I can certainly see where they would be thermal and light protecting. I wasn't expecting the weight of them, but that's due to the thermal protection to keep the cold and the heat out. I think these would work great. Unfortunately I'm going to return them because they have too much gray in them for the colors in my home. Which is unfortunate because I'd really like to keep them!

Love the curtains. They look great in my living room and dining room. They are room darkening and you can't see through them from outside.I bought them to match my new living room furniture. I'd post a picture but not able to on the site right now not sure whats up with it.I bought 2 pairs for living room and 2 pairs to cover slider in the dining room.

I am in love with this curtain it goes perfectly well with my baby boy nursery decor. You can see in the pictures where I have the blinds and the curtains opened and closed. This curtain keeps the sun out!
