Very bad quality. The snap closure is ok, but the material is cheap.

My cat has had this collar less than a month (I bought it in June when he was a little kitten and the collar was too big for him, I didn't wear him a collar until we moved into a new apartment for law school in mid-August when he was older). Just a few weeks later, the collar was frayed and warped. As can be seen in the photos, he can no longer even lie down. This is an INSIDE KITTEN ONLY! He's not going out! He is spoiled and spends most of his time on my lap purring. There is no reason why…

Very attractive basic collars

I found this pink collar so attractive on my gray cat. But I'll buy a second one. It stayed on the cat but was very frayed so I'm buying a second one. Very cheap so for the cost I can handle it. This cat is a stranger so I'm not sure what that has to do with wear and tear. Now I think the collar I had for my other cat outside was of the same type. This cat, who is more interested, got going all the quicker and his collar was gone, so on the one hand I'm glad he didn't choke or get stuck. So the

Perfect for my convict kittens

My cat has been getting very mean lately and will run outside and then run in circles around the house if you try to follow him. I bought him this bright orange collar so if anyone sees him he'll know he's a kitty prisoner and should be inside (see the kitty prisoner project). Unfortunately, it's so fluffy that you can't see the collar. unless you remove his fur, but I still like it. The bell is small so it doesn't bother him but I can still hear where it is and the orange color is very bright.

  • Comfortable

  • Almost OK

Poor quality not for outdoor cats

The collar seemed very good when it arrived. Smooth, beautiful yellow color, good bell. I put it on my street cat. He's been catching birds lately and I thought the bell on his collar might be a useful warning to the birds. I can't comment on the effectiveness of the bell at deterring heat, but the collar itself is not of very good quality. After a week or two, the fibers in the STRONG color began to fray. I also had to correct the color after the second week. I thought my cat was just getting…

Finally a quick release collar that stays put for my cat!

Nikolai is a master of escape, both running off the collar and taking to the streets. I had never had a stray cat, nor did I want Nick. He was a rescue kitten and already used to going outside when I adopted him. Despite my best efforts to keep him inside, if I let him out he would sneak past the dogs to escape. I bought an insanely expensive electronic pet door that was supposed to let the dogs out and let Nick in. Nick realized that when he heard the door open for the dogs to come out, he…
