    Better than the original HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    I was skeptical at first. I installed this in my son's Ford Ranger and it worked great. The guide was great and it was a quick installation task. I am very happy that this replacement saved a lot of money compared to a used armrest without a broken latch.

    Very easy setup and easy to use.

    Used to repair a broken console latch on a '96 Ranger. Excellent fit and finish. I don't know how it could be better. This manufacturer/seller was the most expensive at Revain, but I ordered it if there was a quality difference and the price difference wouldn't be a deal breaker.

    Works but the instructions are not very good

    This product is a great replacement for my console latch. It's stronger than the original, but I was only able to attach it by prying off the plastic or the top of the console and pinching it. I was afraid it might break, but luckily that didn't happen. I would recommend this product but you may have to work hard to get off it.

    My ranger's console strikes again.

    The spare part came promptly. It fits my '01 Ranger perfectly and my console now snaps in like new. I wish the instructions were a little clearer (or that I was a little smarter). When you remove the inner console panel and the old hook from the outer panel, there are two aligned holes on each panel. I tried installing this new hook in the wrong panel/hole. When I saw my mistake, it was fixed immediately.

    Don't waste your time with this. Fix it right, don't click the shortcut

    I used "My Garage" to find it first, also every part of my car is in "My Garage". This product had to fit perfectly on my 1995 Ford Ranger 60/40 with a split hook on the center console cover. My hook broke and I've swapped the entire console before. THIS product not only didn't fit, it also didn't fit properly; This ripped my lid and I have to keep the console zippered closed and now I have a very awkward notch protruding where my hand would normally sit.     Absolutely perfect for spare parts

    My center console is already pretty worn out so take it with a grain of salt, I'll update it by supergluing or epoxy. First impressions are great, it's a part that looks like aluminum. It's not a lousy cast or sintered part, not that it's a big deal for such a lightweight part, but it's nice to see the processing being done right. It went right into the '94 center console latch hole and I'll tell you what. These guys scaled it down for this, it fit right in, but because of my bad cap it didn't…
