Installation was difficult but it wasn't because of the parts. Great price compared to store price. I watched a video on YouTube and installed it. My door works now.

There is no need to remove the vertical pull-up clamp. Simply reach out and pull off the yellow clip and remove the door latch and you can twist it back and release the cable from the latch. So much easier.

Bought for a 2008 Silverado HD. My truck has electric locks, the description says they don't work with models with electric door locks, but they fit perfectly. It's exactly to the original factory specs, I just installed it a few minutes ago, I'll check how long it lasts later.

Product fits perfectly on my 2008 Chevy Silverado 2LT with power door locks. The only thing to watch out for are the small plastic tabs, which appear weaker than the factory ones. I had to slide the plastic piece into the hole and then use a screwdriver to pry out the protrusions so they properly hooked to the metal bracket. Otherwise it fits great.
