Hello everyone. These braces worked as hoped but I'm glad I read the reviews before purchasing. These mounts work best with 1" lumber. That means 1" x 4", 1" x 6", etc. They will NOT work with 2" x 4". With 1" x 6 I used Brackets that came together well. and hold on. I've already pulled a friend out of his storage room with a few loads and took a camper trailer full of gear and lanes. They hold up well. Brackets are not supplied with the unit.
