Great Quality: Ball joints

I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 with the factory tow package. It fits perfectly. Very strong. I have a Ziemen jet ski trailer that I use to pull it so I don't have to lower the Silverado's rear wheels into the water on the ramp when I take off. You may need an extension for the trailer light plug. (Walmart)

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Volume

I have a teardrop trailer. distance .

I have a teardrop camper trailer. The distance from the hitch to the wheels is fairly short, so reversing can be tedious due to odd reaction times. This hitch gives me extra space between the trailer and the back of the truck and really makes a difference.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • No power

is it a second fits ball joints

Sturdy but I expected a product with a better finish. Has a few bumps and nicks at the end. It doesn't change its functionality so I'll use it, but I'm wondering if it's being sold online and not in a store where it's on shelves where it's selected for a better finish.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Nice extended hitch

Had to buy this extended hitch bracket because my modified rear bumper on my Ford e250 could no longer hold my normal hitch or else my trailer kept folding my bumper. works well at the moment, I can make nice tight corners without any problems.

  • New
Cons

Great hitch the best towing products and winches

I love those extra long hitches, they come on every one of our trucks. Ideal for light/medium trailers. The length makes it easier to reverse and steer, and also allows for sharp right turns without the trailer hitting the curb. no more squatting in the back of the truck.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Poor workmanship

This hitch was just the length and height I needed. When I tried to put it in the receiver, it didn't go all the way in. I found that the holes drilled for the pin had not been cleared of chips. It stuck out far enough (see picture) to interfere with the coupling going into the receiver. It took me about 20 minutes to drill the holes. I still have to repaint. As a result, it takes me about 40 minutes to refine this product to make it work.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Some issues

Almost exactly what I needed.

I bought it to cock the hitch on the spare tire past a jeep. The length is good, but I have to use it "upside down" (the platform that the ball stud attaches to should be at the top, not the bottom) to pull my boat level. If you look closely at the picture you will see that the end of it (the end you plug into your receiver) is cut at an angle. So if you use it upside down, the angle ensures there isn't much contact with the inside of the clutch. it looks like it will probably fail now. I think

Pros
  • A sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Epic failure! Broke during welding!

I just came home from the worst experience I could ever have. First of all I was a machinist with 18 years experience, very knowledgeable in NDT etc. I will add a photo but the hitch broke in a weld while towing my boat behind my new motorhome! The boat has a tongue weight of more than 150 pounds less than the promised 600 pounds. Total train weight is 2,000 pounds lighter. I've used this about 5 times. When I looked at the weld it didn't change the original material which meant it would hold…

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
