Push button toggle locks but center and outer cylinder open and lock falls out. All I see is a punch to hold it together. Someone else complained about the spot weld. Not sure why the lock has three sliders? You missed it when designing or building. Dissatisfied. I almost lost my jeep!

This is the worst lock of the other 3 locks we have had. The breech end is difficult to remove. You have to move the key back and forth, back and forth, sometimes for a very long time. We were very worried that if it suddenly opened, we wouldn't remove it. I will replace it as soon as possible before it breaks. We might have a lemon - not sure, but don't buy another one. I will improve my rating over time if this security pin holds up. It worked as advertised on a Toyota Highlander 2" hitch. The keys feel cheap and when assembled they don't feel as strong as I expected. Also, the lid is quite cheap and likely won't stay in place with too much use. I sprayed the parts with oil to prevent rusting so we'll see how it holds up over time. I've had a hard time finding many good locking pin options and this is one of the best options.
