Bought in May, used 5 times and now it's July and it doesn't work. All left side marker lights do not light up or at best sporadically. Tested my truck and trailer with other adapters that work fine. Poor quality product. I wish I could return it.

I have added lights to my motorcycle tractor and I have used it to raise my reverse from the 5th pin. Just do it, just like me. No need to connect directly to truck wiring. You can see the LED strip in the picture.

I bought this product because I was tired of constantly plugging and unplugging the 5 pin connector. I figured connecting my trailer to this would be a lot easier. I was right! Should have bought this many years ago. Robust construction and very easy connection. It can't be better.

I don't know what it is but as a watch I need a new one every year. Probably because I leave them attached to the trailer seat belts in inclement weather! However, I would like to say that this is the best quality I have found. The contacts are well galvanized, the plug fits securely and works perfectly. The plastic seems durable. Time will tell and I'll be here to update!
