RelPro is good for keeping our own personal profiles updated

I like that it links you into your LinkedIn profile so when someone connects with me they can see my full professional details which helps in knowing who we are talking about! It's free but if this changes then would not be happy as there isn't much benefit other than having an email address up their sleeve. If nothing else just have an idea what people do at work and where they fit within them or maybe even get some ideas off one another too. Trying out new things by using relpro has helped…

One stop shop for managing prospecting and tracking

The ability to pull in CRM data from all over the world into one place. This is a true "house on fire" solution when it comes to sales management. There is no other product that even comes close to this type of functionality. Their customer support is also incredible. They are always willing to help with any issues you may be having. I wish there was an option where you could send a text notification to someone's phone if they were added as a contact in your account. Also, they have been…

Overall okay platform for lead generation

I like that I can create different profiles which allows me to target specific prospects and make sure I am reaching them with all my communication efforts. There are some things that could be improved. I would like to have more customization options and be able to reach out to multiple contacts at once. For example, if I wanted to send an email to 50 people at once, it's hard to do this without hitting the wrong people or missing some key information in my profile. The biggest problem I have…

  • Slow loading times
  • Not great lead source (I'd say about 1/3rd)
  • Difficulty setting goals properly
  • Lackluster customer support team from what i've seen through Twitter posts / blogs etc.They really dropped off after their last update..it was terrible actually!! They should take steps now before losing ALL
