The ability to pull in CRM data from all over the world into one place. This is a true "house on fire" solution when it comes to sales management. There is no other product that even comes close to this type of functionality. Their customer support is also incredible. They are always willing to help with any issues you may be having. I wish there was an option where you could send a text notification to someone's phone if they were added as a contact in your account. Also, they have been adding new features on a regular basis. I would highly recommend trying them out! We needed a solution where we could easily see our entire pipeline in one spot. It allows us to keep track of opportunities coming in vs. going down.
