I started baking during quarantine and it helps me mix flour and water like chefs at a grocery chain. I like that it's plastic so I don't scratch the countertop.

I don't know how I used to work without one! It is very easy to use, cuts fruit and vegetables easily and cleanly. And it's so easy to clean. I use it several times a day, every day. Ideal for people who like to cook and cut everything.

I saw this type of product on YouTube for making bread. No hassle/fuss removing the dough from the proofing bowl. It's pretty obvious when you first use it. Of course, if it were that obvious, I would see the need and figure it out myself. A very good thing for the kitchen.

I love this little tool and for the price I would buy another if the first one wasn't so durable and easy to clean. I bought this for baking bread which was great for its non-stick properties. I had no idea what a great bench scraper would make for my synthetic countertop.

After looking at many dough cutters I settled on this one and am very happy with my choice. It's perfect for cutting bread dough and scraping dough off my silicone mat. The material is stiff and has no flexibility to scrape inside the bowl. I didn't buy for this so everything suits me. Time will tell if this will hold up to repeated use. I will update my review accordingly.

I bought this because I didn't want to scratch the marble baking board. I was afraid it would be too small and flimsy. This is no small thing at all. It's about an inch shorter than my metal scraper (I would have liked it to be a bit longer) and has a slight crease on the working edge (it's not flat, for example: when the left side is against the cutting board, the right side (5 in ) will be at 1mm from the board). Won't hit your wooden board as hard as a metal board.

Mine arrived in good condition. Of course I ordered the book from him, so I think that helped in the end. It came in a package, not a box, so I recommend ordering it with something else to avoid deformation or damage. But that's my opinion. It's fairly thick plastic and doesn't flex as much on the thin end as I like. It doesn't smell bad, which is a plus. It also feels good in my hand, but I have small hands, so yes. Overall a great product; I recommend it. I can't wait to bake bread with this!

No more testing on your hands, no more getting caught between your fingers, no more non-stop hand washing. It's like magic. the dough doesn't really stick to the thing, so feel free to knead to your heart's content. It puts strain on your hands if you use it for too long, but I think that will be the case with any tool. It's a small investment, but it just works and saves tons of time and…

This is a bank scraper. This is NOT a bowl scraper. This is a hard plastic blade for scraping dough off counters as well as scraping flour and pieces of dough. It has enough edge that I can use it to divide most of the dough into portions. The rounded top is comfortable in my hand and the scraper at the top is thicker so it's comfortable to hold but a bit sharper where it should be. If you need something to raise your bread dough this is a great, inexpensive and very reliable tool.
