There are quite a few remote controls that can be used with this TV but I had to search a bit to find the same one as the one in complete with television. It works as it should.

I stepped on the original that came with my TV, oops; I was using the Roku app on my phone and thought I'd just switch to it - hmm no. Clumsy doesn't start describing the application. Bought this remote control, perfect replacement: HAPPY!

We have bought about 5-6 of these remote controls in the last 2 years. We just bought 2 today. Prior to arrival, one works perfectly while the other has twitchy buttons that are buggy. So far, they usually die after 4-6 months. I wouldn't have bought an HCL/Roku TV if I knew what crappy remotes they have!

I have ordered this remote twice already to replace the original which works when you want it. The first change did not help. The second replacement only works when I point to the center of the TV, no more than 1ft away. When will I ever see 65 on TV from 1 foot away? Pooh!

This worked immediately on our Roku TV. We used 65 inch with TCL R625. It works well, but I'm giving it a lower rating because you have to point the remote directly at the TV. I mean DIRECT. This thing needs to be installed with the laser platform. You must be for this to work. Aside from the lack of forgiveness, the remote control is fine.
