Charge controller voltage settings are TOO high. 2/10 volts can be critical to expected battery life. But 4/10 volts is ABSURD!. When using this charge controller in 24V Li-Ion mode, the resolution is 4/10 volts. I make it work because I needed a charge controller ASAP when I ordered it.
