🌡️ REOTEMP 5.75" Polished Metal Wall Thermometer Hygrometer - Analog Temperature and Humidity Monitor (20 to 120 F&C) Review

I really like the look of this product. Displays the temperature accurately, what else does it do, it just adds features. I love it every time I check the temperature on the porch from the window in our house. I love to see such a beautiful product. The size is just perfect and easy to read.

This thermometer seemed to be inaccurate. It read about 10 degrees more than several other thermometers (my thermometer with thermostat and 3 other thermometers all reading within 1-2 degrees of each other). It's hard to believe that they will all be wrong. Maybe the thermometer was a lemon and they would have replaced it. I didn't go that route.

I LOVE IT. One of these has been installed outdoors for several weeks and I have tested it against the local weather in my city using an online forecast. Holds up well. Maybe not very accurate for those who demand the best, but for $$ it's hard for me to beat. Also NO CABLE OR BATTERIES. I get another one for internal use. Note: I find a deviation of 1 to 2 degrees quite acceptable.

I expected a lot more for $25. The box was plain white, no description, just an inventory number. The humidity sensor scale is tiny and very inaccurate, at least 40%. I am amazed at the many good reviews. The sensors aren't adjustable, so I'm stuck with a useless hygrometer. The device does not display the country of origin. If it's made in the USA then it's really very disappointing. I'll probably return it if I find a "plain white box" in the trash. I should have known better.

I bought this for my camper so I can see how warm it is from the bed. The hygrometer is kind of a bonus - I don't really need it, but it's quite interesting to keep track of in different places where you're camping at different times of the day. I haven't tested the accuracy with any calibration, but it seems pretty accurate. At least it's consistent and I see you can adjust the needles if they don't read properly.
