I have a 2005 GMC Yukon and every single metal tube is rusted. The fuel pump tubes were rusty and fuel was spraying. Instead of bending steel lines, I bought repair kits for 8mm and 10mm nylon lines. Using a heat gun, the fittings were quickly and easily inserted into existing piping above the fuel tank. Thank you for a quality product that saves time.

Great product, very easy installation. Comes with tons of fittings for a variety of uses. Excellent value for money Note* The hose supplied with the 8mm version will not fit the steel to nylon adapters supplied. I had to buy 10mm and 8mm kits as the car has different sizes of supply and return lines. Luckily I had over 10mm of tubing left, which worked in a pinch.

I just got this kit for my Silverado 05 double cab. I didn't replace my entire line, just the nylon hose that goes from the tank with a quick disconnect end to your fuel line. You will need a GM quick connect gas line that is about 10 inches long. You will need a pipe bender as the first bend is too sharp to use nylon. After removing the 5/16" fuel line, I found that the fittings in this kit fit 3/8" steel fuel lines, NOT 5/16". When you have a leak in a fuel line, you generally have severe corrosion on all three fuel lines (feed, return and vapor lines). ). If you have corrosion on all three lines, there will not be enough parts in this kit for a complete replacement—only enough parts for the ⅜" main fuel line.
