After my 2 year old tossed/dropped the original remote enough times to damage it, I ordered this remote as a replacement. Worked as a charm for my Sharp Roku TV until she hid it somewhere. Will order another one.

Bought an additional remote control because we always lose the originals. Nice second remote control. Lies well in the hand, not wobbly and not too light. All buttons are easy to find and easy to use, no need to press again as it didn't take the first time.

I've now had to order my third Roku remote as things happen with each one in a jiffy. This particular remote does not turn the TV on and off and the volume does not work. It's frustrating having to keep buying them to keep my Roku working!

Arrived quickly and looks good but seems very cheap so I don't expect it to last very long. It took me about 15 minutes of frustration to realize that they had mislabeled the batteries, not to mention they had written the - and + signs in white on a white background so I could barely read them. But it finally worked after I figured it out. Just a note, insert the batteries both ways.

So far this is a great replacement for the original. No programming required, I just took the batteries out of the old remote and put them in the new remote and boom, it's ready to go. Strangely I was asked to rate the volume control as I had to replace my old one for this reason, the volume control knob was lost. So yeah, the volume control works great, especially compared to the Jimmy rig my husband used to "fix" our old one 😊
