The filter is separated from the housing!

This three piece filter has some flexibility to fit my 2002 Buick Park Avenue. Extremely poor quality adhesive was seen in all three sections to attach the filter element to the plastic "body" of the filter for each strip. The last strip is almost completely separated along the entire perimeter. separated by more than 1/3 so it's either very old stock or just very bad material used for this cabin filter. DO NOT BUY.

Pros
  • Brilliantly Made
Cons
  • Style 90

Looks good but very very difficult to assemble.

Although it says it fits my car and it probably would fit if it could be installed it just wouldn't fit. This filter is very similar to Delco's factory AC filter (and also comes in three interlocking pieces). sections), but it is much thinner, ie plastic sidewalls, support profiles and filter material so flexible that it would be impossible to fit it into the narrow slot where it enters without bending and hanging the inner rails of the carriage. Then when I tried to pull it out to straighten…

Seriously, don't buy this.

This has to be the cheapest filter I have ever bought. A little background: In the car I installed this filter in, the filter was on the driver's side floor panel. Basically you have to lay down on the floor/seat and dig behind the gas pedal to get there. This is a three part filter; you take one out and put one in. This is the worst cabin filter assembly I have ever seen. When inserting new filters you will need to bend them slightly to fit around the gas pedal and insert each piece…

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
