Great product - fish and aquatic animals

For some reason I ordered 4 bags in black 3 bags in which everything is dark black, one bag was greyish. I don't know why it might not be enough to breathe. but it turned out my aquarium looked amazing

Cons
  • Some small things

Good quality. on aquarium mat

There was an accident when someone cut my bag open trying to open the packaging. Received about half of my purchase as most of it didn't end up in the box it was sent in. What was left of the sand was of good quality, although it smelled faintly of spray paint. My bearded dragon enjoys what she has in the sand.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Modern

That's how it should be

I bought this for my son's desert tortoise tank. It's regular sand, so there's nothing special or wrong about it. The packaging was unopened and the sand smelled no different than it should. All in all, I'll probably buy it. again when the time is right.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Functionality

Not the most useful substrate for reptiles.

Sand is beautiful, easy enough to clean (for sand), has good odor neutralizing properties. I just didn't know that calcium sand is bad for reptiles, especially those I care for before going home permanently (or rehab before graduation) - as a product - great, but as a choice. Maybe not the best.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Some flaws

torn bag; but good sand

unfortunately my sandbag was torn like something pierced the bag but not the box? Strange. I was able to get enough out of the box for my 10 gallon tank. My leopard gecko loves to dig, he actually digs in his log cabin. She had never had sand, only felt material. I wish she had received this natural activity by now. I bought a feeding bowl for her worms so she doesn't scatter too much sand.
