The light broke after the first day

It is so small. The poor turtle has no place after you put the filter in. Takes half a bath! The light broke after 24 hours. Cannot turn back on. The filter pump is quite noisy. I wouldn't buy this again but it worked temporarily until we could get a bigger/more functional turtle rig which my son adopted.

WAY too small even for a very small turtle

The product was fine (not broken or anything) but we realized almost immediately that a turtle of any size couldn't live/stay in it. Our tortoise stayed in it for one night. He was trying to get out and was on the verge of success, so we had to buy a much bigger aquarium for him. cannot be used as permanent housing.

Very important. The lamp is dangerous

My boys found the turtle and were very happy to give it a new home. This turtle aquarium set was the perfect home for Timmy the turtle. Delivered quickly, set up in just 5 minutes. My only and biggest issue with this turtle shell set is the lamp. The lamp gets so hot that we can smell smoke and burning. This is disappointing as I believe this lamp is necessary to keep the turtle warm but it appears to be a fire hazard. If only the lamp could be replaced, this would be the perfect habitat for…

Light flashed. Dirty filter?

Unfortunately the lightbulb burned out as soon as I turned it on. I want a replacement. I love that it came with two extra spare filters even though there was already a spare inside the filter which was dirty even though it was "brand new". I hope your customer service is good. Otherwise I like the tank. The water has to be filled in a little more than is comfortable for our little turtles so that the filter pulls the water up. This tank works great just missing a few things

My son's turtle lived in his travel aquarium for about 4 months while I researched aquariums and everything there was to know about the pet turtle. When the aquarium arrived I was pleased to find that it had a water filter, a warming light and a cute little tree. It was very easy to put together and the size made it easy to find a safe place for it so my 3 year old wouldn't torment the poor thing lol. I found a baby snapping turtle in my garden with a badly injured hind leg. When I found him, he didn't look like he had lived on this world very long.
