I don't like it at all because when you fill it everything flows. I would send it back but I no longer have the receipt. Can I return without a receipt?

I got the Happy Days tableware for my wedding and was very happy to find this beautiful matching teapot. I'm so happy to see him sitting on my stove! The first one I received had a chip in the cap but the company was very easy to deal with and quickly provided me with a replacement.

Nice but the lid doesn't fit so steam escapes around it. I only use it once a day to boil water, but after a month the color has faded in various places and the edge of the spout is rusty. I don't think using it to pour water is great. Very disappointed :(

Very nice. That's all. The handle is covered in soft plastic so within the first week it fell onto the edge of the pot and melted. Also, the end of the spout is curved inward, so water will splash and spill in all directions when pouring. The kettle has 2 jobs: to hold the water while boiling, which the handle can't handle, and to pour out the water, which the spout can't quite handle.

I bought this lovely kettle at a reduced price advertised as used but in good condition. Nowhere in the ad does it say there is no lid. The body of the kettle was in perfect condition but without the lid the whistling kettle is unusable. I sent it back for free on July 31st with Revain stating I would get my money back once I received it. I didn't get my refund until September 5th. Very dissatisfied with this whole deal.

It's so beautiful, but. The nose is badly designed. If you try to pour hot water on anything, it will be hot-water mush. If you wait for the whistle, it will spit out HOT water. Very dangerous! Possible risk of burns. corell? The kettle lacks its primary function, hot water splashing in all directions burns me. Corelle's customer service was terrible. I would never suggest that. Nice kettle, works well. The problem is the size. Too small. Much less than I thought. It is written that it holds 2 liters. Well, that's exactly what it (barely) holds - if you fill it to the very top. The string "max padding" is just under half this value. If you actually want to boil water in it, you can't physically put 2 liters in it. With so much volume, not only is there no room to cook, it also flows out through the spout. I bought this as a gift for my mum to replace her old kettle but

I was fooled by the title description which says it is a 2 liter kettle. I can see now where the description says it has a usable 4 cup capacity. I measured it myself and got a maximum of 5 cups. I've only used it once, so I can't comment on other issues mentioned by buyers. I don't like how you have to lift the spout lid with your finger to pour. When you pour boiling water, the steam can easily burn your hand. The lid is a very tight fit on mine so it's a plus in pouring and retaining steam…
