Tried to call Amazon about not getting my walkie talkie chargers. They caused me trouble because I am very disappointed with the phone number change. The walkie-talkies work great but I'm just disappointed that I can't use them anymore since they're dead.

We use us for our dog daycare and they work great. The sound quality is good even with barking dogs. The range is very good and there is no problem with anyone at the reception. I don't know why we used to spend money on really cheap ones.

I bought these for school use where radios and cell phones have traditionally been difficult to use. In fact, we couldn't find anywhere they didn't work. Even with one person in the middle of the building and the other outside on the soccer field about 1/4 mile away, it was clear as a wake up call.

I have two pet shops. I bought one for each location. I cannot express how happy I am with my purchase! This has reduced labor costs, improved customer service, impressed customers and made my job a whole lot easier. The product is high quality and extremely durable. They've been dropped, kicked, whatever, they keep ticking. The sound is exceptional, setup and operation couldn't be simpler. Too bad I bought it 5 years ago. Oh, the range is very good. This is the fourth walkie talkie set we have purchased for our company. The first two sets were small cheap plastic radios with poor sound quality that used AAA batteries. With the third set, I convinced the business owner to buy real walkie-talkies. This one was very similar to this Retevis set but cheaper (and from a different brand).
