Bought these to give to kids when they walk and play around our suburbs. Worked great until the power bank or charger overheated and stopped charging. I emailed the seller asking where I could get another one as I was expecting to have to buy one by that time and I was surprised they shipped the entire base and cable straight away! I would definitely recommend this product and seller to anyone looking for a walkie talkie.

Great little radios! Good range depending on the environment. Excellent battery life, 16 hours (2-8 hours per day) of continuous use on a single charge. I use them on crane jobs and a few fell out of my pockets, landed on the sidewalk and kept working. I work on a farm and our biggest events are the Pumpkin/Horror Festival in September and October and our holiday light show from Thanksgiving to New Year's Eve. Ordered a pack of six H-777 radios on March 3, 2020, received two days later. I installed the programming software from the Retevis website and tried to set it up with the custom frequency and CTSS tone control my car club uses to communicate during trips. UPDATE September 8, 2021 I suggest buying something durable. I tried using them for a retail store and they worked great for about 6 months - hit or miss after that. We've had constant problems with these walkie-talkies.
