It was terrible! I thought they were great with reviews but they didn't work. We used them in the parking lot! And even when we stood next to each other, they didn't work, they were cut down and were practically useless. I am so disappointed and will be back. Not sure if they were just faulty but for the price I don't want to risk getting another batch and they won't work especially when we really need them.

I ordered these radios for my husband who works as a customer and wanted to use something in the field. They arrived early and were boxed to avoid damage in transit. They are big, light and charge very quickly. My husband said they work great and do exactly what they are advertised to do. He is very satisfied. We had to contact customer service and they responded quickly and professionally. Would definitely use them again in the future.
