Amazing material. It looks like a transparent, stiff fabric with threads so thin they are almost invisible. But it's woven steel, of course. The manufacturing process must be quite advanced, and besides coffee, I believe there are many domestic and industrial uses for steel mesh. Like a coffee filter, it really works.
