I love that this service is fast (and cheap!). It can't be said enough how great it was for us when we were working at an ER in which doctors had only one computer with limited access! The interface leaves much room for improvement as far as navigating through their system goes. It is easy for me to send my work to them via email or through their mobile app which makes it convenient if I am out of town at any given time. Sometimes they do not respond as quickly when you are working outside regular business hours so be patient!
