Simply doesn’t work

After the package came, I charged it for 20 minutes since I thought it is not working because it is not fully charged. And it still doesn’t work, so I charged it for a full 30 minutes(total of a 50 minutes charging time after opening the package), but it still doesn’t work. So I leave it charge for 2 hours, but it seems to just not charging up at all. It just not working

Super easy to use, really convenient

Absolutely excellent tool for doing any small repairs on electronics. The sheer variety of heads for the tool alone makes up the value, on top of the battery being great and the light being such a useful addition.

Died after one use; needs a case to protect buttons

The design is very good, and I enjoyed using it the one and only time I could.As there is no master on/off switch, I was worried the surface buttons would get depressed when I put the stick into my zippered pouch with other tech tools, so I kept it in its original box. Unfortunately, my testing showed the buttons might still inadvertently activate if something pressed on the outside of the box. Nice, a little under torqued

This is a great tool for sitting on a desk and working on small electronic projects (Raspberry Pi, laptop repair, computer building, etc.). The torque leaves a little to be desired, but I understand the challenge of fitting a more powerful motor in such a tiny form factor. I usually give the screw a little manual twist first to start getting it out, then use the motor to drive it the rest of the way out. Gears stripped and screwdriver broken after a few months of use

Great when it worked, but clear it’s not built to do more than menial tasks on occasion, not something to use daily. That's my feedback.

Amazing driver shitty battery management

The wowstick is amazing. It's literally my favorite driver if I'm fixing something that has a lot of screws. As a repair tech this thing is invaluable. It's battery could use some work as it's advertised run time is dramatically exaggerated. The other part of the battery is when it is dead there is no indication it is except nothing happens. I thought I had a lemon after using it for an hour when I first got it. When it's fully dead and charging the indicator won't even light up.

Needs a magnetizer coupler on the end

The magnetic pull of the included bits is comparable to the static pull of a balloon against a wall just faintly present. It needs to be MUCH stronger to hold a screw even a tiny screw that would fit in your glasses or a laptop. I haven't found a magnetizing unit the right size as they seem all designed for full sized screwdrivers but I imagine they could have a custom made collar that could fit this screwdriver. Other than that I have no real complaints.

not sure its worth it

I Just thought it would be stronger. I feel like mine is just really weak. I basically just use it to thread as much as possible and I always need to come back by hand and tighten everything down. I don't know if i would buy it again

Saves my wrist but needs a tad more torque.

Great device if you are constantly working on laptops, desktop computers or game consoles. Also, the inclusion of every bit I will ever need is a great plus. Only thing is it could use a little more torque for tight screws but you can just hand turn it if that is the case.

Returned faulty product listed as new?

Original box had significant aesthetic damage to the point it’s difficult to tell if this box was the original packaging as there is no branding on it. Additionally two of the boxes containing accessories were empty, lastly, product battery does not charge. It is possible that I product I received was a return and got mixed up due to bad logistic. Overall customer experience 0/5. For the price I paid and the actual product received, I will be avoiding this brand in the future.

not enough power in my review

I love all the bits and storage case it came with, but the wow stick itself isn't powerful at all. I can't even use it as a regular driver. Even fully charged it won't remove a single screw without having to use a manual driver to loosen the screw quite a bit first.
