Although the price may seem attractive, don't fall for this cheap product. What holds your TV to this stand is a combination of gravity and two plastic screws. Those cheap screws certainly can't support the weight of the stand, and once the TV was set up, the pins flew out and the base shattered when dropped from three feet. Several people have mentioned rubber washers in their reviews, which are used where the back of the TV mount connects to the stand post.
