for your information. May not work with your motherboard.

I couldn't use this device with my motherboard so I have no opinion on how it works. I had to send it back as my memory slots are next to the 24 pin connector. I can't plug it in because there isn't enough space between it and the memory stick. It is probably also possible if the memory banks and the 24-pin connector are not next to each other.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Excellent Value for Low Power Computers

Used to power a media box for my parents. Works well if just a little hard to remove after installation. Be careful though as most RAM slots are next to the 24 pin header this will interfere with RAM slots on most boards. I would recommend low profile ram if you can help. I installed mine but it took longer than it should. It would be much easier if I used LP.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • old

I got them to run off a 12v crypto miner server power supply

They've been great so far, I'm tired of using a full ATX PSU to run my mining rigs just to power the motherboard. The cards were already configured to use a 240v server power supply, so I bought a few of these, cut off the ends of the case and soldered them to a 6-pin PCIE power connector, plugged them into the power supplies and booted the motherboard . One less thing in the mix and very effective.

Pros
  • . New
Cons
  • too dumb

It worked during the night.

I'm on the fence. Everything looked fine on this new PC build. I used the original, reliable Xbox 10A to 12V power supply (that's enough since it's a low-power setup with no GPU card). After installing all drivers and updates turned off for the night. The next morning I turned on the device and there is no HDMI output on my PC. (Luckily I have a USB 3.0 powered portable display so I can connect it). I figured it must be something with the motherboard, so while troubleshooting I looked around…

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • No form required

Great PSU for building mITX Ryzen APU!

I am using Ryzen 3200G on b450 mobo for power supply. Works perfectly! Tip: Be sure to order a low-profile RAM module or get RAM without a heat spreader that protrudes above the top of the actual RAM stick, otherwise it will interfere with the right-angle connections coming out of the mITX board due to the position of Power supply board come into the 24 pin connector on the mobo.

Pros
  • good thing
Cons

Bad Experience - Internal Components

I bought this power supply for my new mini computer. Once configured it won't turn on until I double check everything. And changed the old PSU. Finally find out what's going on. The power adapter I received does not work. My tip to other buyers: pay more attention to the product rating before buying. Sometimes it's really helpful.

Pros
  • Brilliant Done
Cons
  • I have no complaints about it, everything is fine
