About the best I've tried. Now degraded performance

Works better than the previous antenna. You don't have to move it to get other channels. Active or boosted antennas are unlikely to pick up more signals since the UHF frequency used is line of sight and does not bounce off the ionosphere like VHF signals. If you have a tower antenna, you may need amplification. It's a clear plastic sheet and the lines you see are a metal seal on one side. It also has a cheap plastic stand, but most people will want to hang it on the wall. Recently, his…

This is the product I recommend

For decades we've had aluminum foil rabbit ears from rod to rod and it worked for the channels we liked when we watched TV. Recently the antennas stopped working because one of the rods snapped. We went to Revain and went looking for a new antenna and found the RGTech Monarch 50 transparent flat HDTV indoor antenna. I read a lot of reviews about the omni antenna and decided on this one. We've been using it for a week and so far we love it. Instead of 14 channels we have 21. We live on a bluff…

Perfect! Easy to set up and work!

Excellent product! My cable company hired a public television station that I enjoyed watching. I needed a multi-directional antenna that could pick up channels 50 miles away. I bought another antenna but it couldn't receive the channel I needed. I am very happy with this antenna. It was very easy to set up. I bought a transparent sheet. They have provided 15 feet of cable. The quality of your product is excellent. It was very easy to set up. The product was well packed. They have provided…

Good reception at a good price

This antenna is good for receiving digital TV and FM radio signals. Remember that you must point the surface in the direction of the broadcast signals you wish to receive. Depending on the proximity of the placed antenna to cell towers, you may need to add an integrated 3G/4G filter to maintain or stabilize the TV picture. You may also need to add a built-in FM filter to preserve or stabilize the picture on certain stations, especially FM stations. If you have weak broadcast signals, you may…

It depends. Some work, some don't. Probably best avoided.

I bought four. Two work, two don't. The first two I ordered worked great. You can easily receive TV channels from 12 to 30 miles away. Both just hang on the back of the TV for now, but they pick up TV channels from 12 to 30 miles away with ease. I haven't even tried tuning them for better reception; Both work great right out of the box. They might even work from the inside of the box. So I bought two more antennas for a neighbor's house. The other two antennas are a complete failure. You can't…

Crystal clear FM from an optically minimal antenna

I only bought this for FM radio so can't comment on how it performs on HDTV. My wife hated the dipole antenna I had on my stereo so I decided to try this optically minimal antenna. My stereo tuner is digital and only works on strong stations. That gave me about 12 channels. The reception was ok but nothing special. When the RG antenna arrived I opened the box and unplugged it to make sure it matched my stereo jack. It looked like a seat, so with some effort I connected the antenna. I turned on…

Good indoor flat antenna, terrible coax cable.

I tried about 10 different indoor antennas. I live within 4 miles of most NYC broadcasts and have had trouble receiving WABC and WPIX, both of which are on VHF. This antenna works best for VHF and UHF. This antenna is as good, if not better than, most $40-$60 Clearstream or Mohu models. However, non-detachable coaxial cables are terrible and are not suitable for any digital antenna. You can buy better/stronger coaxial cables at the dollar store. Many city dwellers, like me, have serious…
