Well made and the outer nylon sleeve/pulley and underlying aluminum tube can be cut to order. It will also work with a range of standard mounting brackets available at any hardware store.

Works well but lacks quality or genuine bearings. Feels and sounds all wobbly and clicking. I had a commercial Thule trunk (sadly no longer made) and the pulley was an exact piece that turned like a bicycle wheel. Tight and precise. It's half the size of Thule and looks like a garage-made part. reckless. For real.
