UNIQUE DESIGN - The unique design features three connected straps: 2 cam buckles and 1 ratcheting tie down strap, so that the stainless-steel ring can easily be aligned to be always positioned in the center of the tire, offering maximum holding capacity. BUILT TOUGH - The tightening ratchet and ring are made from stainless-steel, so it won't corrode. The S hooks are made from steel coated in PE plastic and the webbing is polyester.
