This unit was less than a month old and had a defective toner cleaning spring. You've spent more on diagnostic service equipment than a new one would cost.

I liked the price, but when I started printing after the installation, I noticed something like stapler marks on about 1/5 of the sheets I printed. At first they were faint and easy to miss, but now they are darker and appear on almost every page.
