Excellent teaching tool

I needed a bag to help with martial arts training for my class and myself. It definitely fit the bill. It withstands heavy abuse without deforming. It stayed solid and the hardware definitely punches without a hint of a break. I can definitely say that as I expand I will try to add at least one more uppercut pocket and this brand definitely ticks the box.

Continuous. Good use. Best in heavy bags

I have two of these, one slightly above hip level and the other at face level. I use the bottom one for front kicks and the top one for uppercuts and up elbows. I've had one at low level for a few months and it's held up very well. You'll probably have to figure out how to hang this bag from two parallel hanging points, since hanging the bag from one point doesn't work at all.

good value for money

This is the first punching bag I've used so I can't compare it to others. But before I bought this one, I did a lot of comparison shopping. It was a good price and great for our use. We use it as part of a cardio program. Size, weight and filling meet our needs. We changed the way we hung it. The system it came with allowed it to be rotated and we didn't like that. Otherwise we are satisfied.

Great bag for other sports

I have had this bag for 4 months now and bought it thinking I would mainly use it for uppercuts, elbows and knees. However, I have found that I enjoy practicing front flips and rising kicks with this bag. I used this bag aggressively four times a week and it has withstood abuse. This is my favorite bag (there are 4 in total). If/if I break this bag I will not hesitate to buy this particular bag again. The pouch is soft enough to punch without gloves, but I mostly use 16-ounce boxing gloves. I…
