If you like flare this is the handlebar. Flat drops suit my riding style well. I have a set of these on both road and gravel bikes.

Having four of these bars for my motocross, gravel, touring and single speed bikes speaks volumes about how I feel about these bars. Best Hit for the Dollar!

These bars are very profitable. These are very comfortable bars. The 24° flare gives my gravel bike a nice aggressive look. These bars weighed just over 300g, for the price of this bar that's not a problem. Definitely recommend!

Like all Ritchey products, the Venturemax is well thought out. With the poles replaced, all I had to do was add the short free end of the pole to install it. It wasn't strictly necessary, but they make longer days in the saddle more comfortable.

I used Ritchey Venturemax COMP O/S handlebars in one of my builds. I liked them so much I ended up buying another set and replacing my Ritchey drops on my 2018 Jamis Ventura Comp with them. If you have broad shoulders, I welcome the 44cm option. The extra flex at the ends of the handlebars allows for a different grip and more comfort on long rides. They have become my most important building blocks.

I've had these handlebars on my gravel bike for a few weeks now and have ridden a few hundred kilometers on the pavement with and without them. The handlebars have many comfortable positions, and I actually prefer the feel of hitting the road to my stock handlebars, which surprised me. The Flair works much better on bumpy roads and descents than the standard dropbars. The ergonomic curves in the Drops require some adjustment, but I find them comfortable after a few rides.
