Top strap snapped on second day.

Top strap snapped on second day. After 1 run the next time I used it the top strap broke off. However I have used it effectively ever since, so the strap seems pointless.

Pros
  • The RitFit Weighted Vest is perfect for when you want to add an extra level of difficulty or challenge to your existing workout routines
Cons
  • May not be suitable for individuals with limited shoulder mobility

Weight Adjustment - my new review

I coach High School Girls Volleyball and I have been looking for ankle weights so the girls could train during off season. After a long search I started looking at weighted vests instead. This vest was absolutely perfect for the girls. The most important thing was being able to adjust the weight. Although they said its a little uncomfortable they love it. The vest targets both their legs and core. I would recommend this product to any coach.

Pros
  • The vest is comfortable to wear, even during an extended workout session
Cons
  • Can be difficult to adjust properly, leading to discomfort or poor performance

Good for walking - my new review

This is good vest for walking and running. I ordered 15lb and looks it's too heavy for me to wear lol.I used for like 3 times and it's good I will say.

Pros
  • Core Strength Training
Cons
  • May not be adjustable enough for specific body types

Ripped after 1 week. Poor quality.

Visually I really liked this vest. Pockets were big enough for my iPhone and keys. Cute design and colors. Super disappointed in the quality though. The upper chest strap ripped off after 1 week of wearing it.

Pros
  • I used this on my elliptical in conjunction with my ifit workouts. Awesome!!
Cons
  • The size is to small for me and isn’t heavy

Would buy again best in my review

Great product! Simple and not too bulky. Ties on the side are great to get the perfect fit. Only thing is wish there were more padding on the shoulders.

Pros
  • The vest comes in different weight increments, so you can choose the one that suits your level of fitness best
Cons
  • Can lead to a decrease in flexibility

Comfortable and not bulky

The upper support strap and the lower Velcro support let you make a perfect fit. At my home office I have a standing desk and wear this at least half day. It forces you to stand up straight and realize your posture. Also strengthen your back and stretch upper chest/ shoulders back. The strings on the side also help. Highly recommend this vest.

Pros
  • The tight-fitting design keeps the weight close to your body, which makes it more comfortable and less restrictive to move around in
Cons
  • May be considered too expensive for some consumers

OK vest but moves when working out

This vest is a good deal and good quality but I found that I had to do a lot of adjusting to keep it in place while working out (bought it for CrossFit/running). When I first worked out with it, the sides kept loosening, the front would pop out and I couldn't strap it tight enough. I ended up modifying the side straps so that they were tight and wouldn't move (tightened them and tied a knot) and added an extra strap towards the top to keep the front pieces in place. It's ok and works for now…

Pros
  • It is also effective for resistance training, such as squats, lunges, and push-ups, to add an extra challenge to your workout
Cons
  • May not be beneficial for certain sports or activities

Great workout enhancer

Toning up twice as fast. A little uncomfortable on my shoulders, but small price to pay for the great added effects to my workout.

Pros
  • The neoprene material is suitable for both indoor and outdoor workouts
Cons
  • Can become slippery or hard to grip during heavy workouts
