Universal remote works fine A little worried about the quality of the case. Looks cheap but as long as the internals work I'm not complaining.

When the controller arrived you could already tell that it was cheaply made due to the fragility of the plastic. The one I received was missing 1 screw that was supposed to hold both plastic pieces together. Looks like they sent me a refurbished/used one. The controller itself worked fine, but after 4 months it started falling apart and now most of the buttons don't work. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

If there was a zero I would give it to him. This worked for about 5 weeks - just long enough to get past the return period. Now it will not be a left or right arrow; No IR lighting appears with these commands. This became apparent today when I needed to check for updated channels and couldn't get into the menu to do so.
