Description of Robinair 15234 1 2 Vacuum Pump

1.2 cfm 115 volt 2-stage design cleans the system more thoroughly than a single-stage pump. Second stage starts pumping at a lower pressure so you can pull a deeper ultimate vacuum. Oil drain valve is positioned at the bottom of the oil reservoir and angled for faster and more complete draining. Heavy-Duty Motor is high torque design for easy startup and efficient operation. Die-cast aluminum housing make the pumps lightweight but durable.

Powerful Vacuum Pump for HVAC Professionals

As my tests showed, this vacuum pump is perfect for HVAC professionals who need to evacuate refrigerant from their systems. It is powerful and efficient, making the JOB quicker and easier. The built-in oil drain is also a great feature making maintenance a breeze .However, the pump can be a bit heavy and cumbersome to move around, but the benefits definitely outweigh this minor inconvenience. Overall, a great investment for any air conditioning technician..

Pros
  • Strong and durable construction for long-lasting use
Cons
  • Can produce a loud noise during operation

Excellent vacuum pump in tools and equipment

Years ago I replaced the air conditioning compressor on two cars and borrowed a vacuum pump from a neighbor. . I had to replace the supercharger in my F-150 last summer, so I went for it. It worked great.

Pros
  • 1.2 cc feet per minute, 115 volts Two stage design cleans the system more thoroughly than a single stage pump
Cons
  • No instructions
