I was certified by Rocktape in March and have been using them consistently ever since. A great myofascial release tool that can be used to slide over the skin. Customers have loved them so far.

I received this set as used ("very good condition"). It arrived in good condition except for a lot of pet hair. I washed and disinfected them before first use. The pods have excellent suction compared to other sets of cans I've bought; just as good as the same set my physical therapist used on me. It came with a sturdy carrying case. The price is higher than other kits I have but with a case this good it is worth it.

My physiotherapist used them on me. After using them on me I felt so much better that I decided to buy the set myself. They don't come with detailed instructions as advertised. You really need someone who has used them before and can show you how to use them properly. But when used correctly, they are easy to use and have really helped me a lot. I have pelvic problems, back and hip problems and they help with everything. Highly recommended!

My physical therapist started using it on me after battling ankylosing spondylitis for 5 years. I have more movement in my right shoulder and much better movement in my left.
